So you made it! How was your flight? How much free wine did you drink? Don't worry, we're already at the airport in Bangkok and ready to take you to your new accommodation. Make yourself comfortable, get to know the rest of your group and find your community. As evening falls and the last of our group arrives, we'll make our way to the bustling Khao San Road for a real Thai culinary experience!

YOU'RE ON A BOAT. That's right, no skimping here. We're about to set off and after a night of drinking, we thought a river cruise was a far more appealing way to enjoy the sights of the Thai capital. We'll cruise along the Chao Phraya River, where you'll explore Bangkok and experience some of Thailand's heritage. Today we'll keep it cultural and visit two prestigious temples - Wat Arun and Wat Pho to see the hugely impressive golden reclining Buddha statue. Make sure your shoulders are covered! The rest of the day is at leisure, you may want to try out Bangkok's famous shopping as it is known for being particularly cheap. Remember to always bargain with the street vendors, sometimes you can get up to 50% off the original price! The same goes for your taxis! After the shopping spree, we'll meet up again for more food, drinks and wild activities in the evening.

Are you feeling a little under the weather? We are too. Let go of the hangover with a massage, we recommend an oil massage (bear in mind that a traditional Thai massage might not be as relaxing as you think) before you hop on the sleep train for the night. This is as authentic an experience as it gets! You get your own bed on the train, and it's a great place to get to know the rest of your group. Watch as the hustle and bustle of Bangkok disappears and is replaced by stunning scenes of the tranquil lake of Khao Sok National Park - located in the Surat Thani province of Thailand.

Now we have another surprise for you. Not only are we staying in floating bungalows tonight, but you'll be on a freshwater lake surrounded by a chirping tropical rainforest. You wanted a great adventure, and that's what we've given you. There are plenty of activities in Khao Sok National Park. Put on your swimwear because we'll be travelling there in long-tail boats and take a quick dip in the water on the way! Try your hand at kayaking or relax with a beer in a tyre against the stunning backdrop of the surrounding limestone mountain range. It's pretty spectacular, if we may say so ourselves, and we hope you have the time of your life. We know we have.

Lunch & Dinner

It's time for an early start, not bad for your fifth day. Don't worry, we've made breakfast anyway. Once the coffee and eggs are in, we board a ferry and head for Koh Phangan in the east. When we arrive, HOLD ON TIGHT. Oh, because we're going to introduce you to our best kept secret and our favourite beach in the world. YEAH, NO BIGGIE. It's quiet, incredibly beautiful, only accessible by boat, and to make it even better, we pretty much have the place to ourselves, and we stay in beach huts overlooking the sea. Yeah, we're bragging a bit. We hope you like it. Once you're familiar with the secluded paradise of Bottle Beach on Koh Phangan, you can spend the rest of the afternoon here, playing a bit of volleyball, sunbathing or swimming. In the evening, we can enjoy dinner and some cocktails on the beach, alongside a bonfire and our own private fire show. It doesn't get much better than that!

Bottle Beach Experience

The sun is shining, the waves are crashing around you as you open your eyes. TruFam slumbers in the neighbouring beds. Are you in heaven? Perhaps. Take it easy and don't hurry today. Make the most of your surroundings. Your options are limitless; go kayaking, play volleyball, top up your tan, hike to viewpoints or enjoy a bit of a lie-in. We'll be picked up in the early afternoon and taken to a local gym where you can try your hand at Muay Thai boxing, Thailand's national sport. We then head to our new home, where we will spend the last nights of the trip. Of course there is a great bar and the atmosphere is second to none. What did you expect from us!

Today is the day to explore the underwater world of Koh Phangan and snorkel at the coolest hot spots around the tropical island. Of course, we will dock at some of the best beaches around Koh Phangan, where you can once again experience the island to your liking. You may think it couldn't get any better, but it will; you'll get a drink from us on arrival on the boat and lunch from us while you listen to (excellently selected) music throughout the day. At the end of the evening and our journey, it's time for a farewell dinner with your TruFam. Finally, as the moon rises over the beaches, we head to the beach bars for one last big night to end the adventure together.

Unfortunately, today is the day to check out (we're not crying, you are!). But that doesn't mean this is goodbye forever. We're ready to plan the next stages of your Thailand adventure, whether you want to continue the party on Koh Phangan or need help getting home safely.
