General voucher conditions

Terms of use for the redemption of voucher codes at triplanet
  1. The voucher is valid until 31.12.2025
  2. Only one gift voucher can be used per booking.
  3. Vouchers can be redeemed simply by entering the code in the appropriate field when completing the order.
  4. The voucher is only valid for tour bookings with a value of EUR 500.00 or more
  5. The voucher does not bear interest and cannot be paid out in cash or in instalments. It cannot be used to settle outstanding debts. triplanet accepts no liability for the loss, theft, damage, illegibility or unauthorised use of the voucher.
  6. The vouchers cannot be combined with other discount or voucher campaigns.
  7. The general terms and conditions of triplanet apply.

 

 

Terms of use for the redemption of voucher codes at triplanet
  1. Voucher codes can only be redeemed for a limited time and expire on the date stated in the offer. An extension is not possible.
  2. Voucher codes can be redeemed simply by entering the code in the appropriate field when completing the booking.
  3. Reduced items and vouchers are excluded. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts and vouchers and not for triplanet employees.
  4. Other products or categories may be excluded and can be found in the respective offer.
  5. Voucher codes can only be redeemed once and are non-transferable. Only one voucher code can be used per order. Partial redemption of the discount code is not possible.
  6. If the voucher code is linked to a minimum purchase value, it can only be redeemed when this minimum purchase value is reached.
  7. In the event of a complete cancellation, the voucher code expires. It is not possible to redeem the voucher for products that are less than the value of the voucher.
  8. Any commercial resale of the voucher codes is prohibited.
