The Shire of Remembrance and the Botanical Gardens are located right next to the National Arts Gallery and are always worth a visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">At St Kilda Beach, the city beach, you can watch penguins at sunset on the pier as they return from their daily hunt in the bay of Port Phillip.
