Arriving in Bangkok, the city of dreams, the land of smiles, the start of the best damn 9 days of your life. We're ready and waiting at the airport to pick you up. So grab your bags and let's go! We'll take you to our first hotel where you can relax, really, that's its name. Chillax Resort, and it's beautiful! The afternoon is yours to do with as you please, so after a long flight you can connect to the wifi and order any cocktail that comes with a fancy umbrella or colourful straw. Start your chic adventure as you mean to go on, right? We're close to the famous Khao San Road, so if you feel like leaving the hotel, pop in, treat yourself to a massage or visit the markets! In the evening, we'll meet up with the rest of the group and the legends you'll be spending the next 9 days with. It's our first night, so we'll grab a welcome dinner and see where the night takes us.

How was your first night? Of course it was sensational. You're in Bangkok, and there really is no place like it! Relax in the morning, swap Instagrams with your new mates and grab those sunglasses you bought after a few too many cocktails last night. In the afternoon, we head to the Grand Palace by private transport. Glittering, spectacular, steeped in elegance and gold, the Grand Palace is Bangkok's most famous landmark. So it is only right that we visit it. We learn about Thai history and culture and have a look around. Then it's back to the hotel, where we freshen up. Because tonight we're going to one of the most famous skyscrapers in Bangkok. The view is breathtaking, the cocktails delicious and the company? Well, it doesn't get any better than that! Afterwards, we explore some of Bangkok's hidden bars. Top secret. We won't tell if you don't.

Today we say goodbye to Bangkok, it was Thai-super. It's hard to say goodbye, but it's time to explore the islands. The premium way! First stop: Krabi! We catch a flight in the afternoon and check into our luxury hotel. A beautiful resort located in Railay, relax by the infinity pool surrounded by limestone mountains. Yes, we've brought you to paradise. Freshen up before heading to the beach. We're sailing into the sunset, Disney style. Well, not quite, we go kayaking, but the experience is just as magical. GoPros at the ready as we paddle into the hidden gem of Phra Nang Cave. A truly authentic Thai experience that, according to the legend of the sea princess Phra Nang herself, brings good luck and fertility. As the sun sets, we return to the beach where cocktails are calling to us. Hey, we've worked up a sweat. It's only right that we have a daiquiri or five. Get up and shine! We leave the hotel at around 8am and make our way to one of Thailand's most famous viewpoints. The view is breathtaking, the climb perhaps a little breathtaking too. But it's definitely worth it when you get to the top! Insta-worthy shots are guaranteed. *The morning climb is optional if you'd rather stay a little longer* In the afternoon we'll have adventures! We'll spend the rest of the day climbing limestone cliffs and seeing the stunning sea from above! In the evening, we'll head to the best beach bars for a well-deserved drink. Only fancy cocktails, please.

Next stop: Phi Phi Island! Phi Phi is famous for many things, not just filming a young Leonardo DiCaprio in "The Beach". Hey, it's beautiful, and we're still raving about it. We love Leo, both the hottie and the Thai beer. But Phi Phi is so much more than that. Golden sandy beaches, pristine blue water. It's paradise. We take the boat over and once we arrive, the afternoon is yours to do with as you please. Lie on the beach, grab an acai bowl smoothie or relax in our chic hotel. There's no better place to watch the sunset than the famous Phi Phi viewpoint, so let's head there. Grab your TruFam, the sky glows golden orange and soft purple like candy floss. Simply perfect. The nightlife on Phi Phi is THE HAMMER. So, if you fancy partying your flip-flops off or watching a wild fire show on the beach, we're with you every step of the way. Wake up to the sounds of the waves, the fresh, clear sea air, step outside and you're in paradise. It's a relaxing day before jumping on a speedboat to explore. James Bond style. Sunglasses on, wind in our hair, we're island hopping in style! We'll sail across the turquoise waters, speeding through the emerald green landscapes. Trust us, there's no place in the world you'd rather be. We visit the pearls that are Monkey Island (yes, really, there are monkeys), Viking Cave and Pileh Lagoon. All as different and truly spectacular as the next. Like I said, we don't do the average, we do bucket list things, breathtakingly fantastic. Jump in! We spend the afternoon snorkelling and swimming and enjoy a delicious lunch on board. Bliss. We watch the sunset as the night comes to life and the plankton glows brightly. Today we say goodbye to Phi Phi, we miss you already, and take the ferry and a minivan to Phuket. The largest of the Thai islands! So let's go and explore! The afternoon is free to relax and do whatever you feel like! From action to relaxation, Phuket has it all, your Travel Ninja can point you in the right direction for any afternoon activity you want to tick off your bucket list. We have a big day tomorrow, so let's relax. I think a luxurious massage or spa treatment that comes from your true Tru will do the trick. Yes, we know how to pamper you ;)

Today is our last full day together, and what a journey it has been! So we head off to the local elephant sanctuary to visit Thailand's national animal. We get up close to these friendly giants and learn how they are rehabilitated and cared for on a daily basis. Animal welfare is very important to us at Tru, and the elephants here are free to roam and are not here for the entertainment of tourists. We continue to educate ourselves and use this opportunity to distribute funds for programmes that do good. Hey, it's going to be a great morning with the elephants! ;) We get back early in the afternoon and have a few hours to get ready for our last night! Go big or go home! We head to one of Phuket's most famous spots to enjoy the sunset at Promthep Cape and have a delicious dinner on the beach to see where the evening takes us. It's our last night, so it's only right that we make it memorable.... We can already taste the Sex on the Beach.... Cocktails taste.

Departure day, we don't cry, you do. Enjoy a relaxing morning. It's been an incredible 9 days exploring Thailand in Tru comfort and style.
