PIER PICK UP

Welcome to Koh Phangan! A little piece of party paradise in the Gulf of Thailand. Most people have no idea what to do or where to go when they arrive. Luckily, we'll be there to pick you up from the ferry and check you into our beach bungalows where you can meet the rest of your TruFam. Feel free to swim in the pool, relax on the beach, grab a bite to eat/drink at the beach bar restaurant or recharge your batteries in your air-conditioned room. In the evening, we'll slowly creep into the night with delicious Thai food and some beach bars where we can get to know each other better over a local beer or rum & coke or two. You'll be glad you came here a few days before the big event. As well as the wonderful island life during the day, there are lots of smaller parties on the island and it's a great idea to get to know it a little better before the big crowds arrive and it. It gets messy.

The best hangover cure in the world? Jumping into the sea. Fact. And because we're nice like that, we've organised a big pirate ship for you to fight your hangover in style. Today we'll be cruising around the island in a pirate ship style boat on a limited budget, with music, food, drinks, sunshine and good vibes aplenty. We'll stop at some of the most beautiful beaches on the island or maybe even some deserted islands, tide permitting. You can try snorkelling, sunbathe on the deck, hang out with your mates or even try wakeboarding or donut riding. If the speedboat captain is awake, of course. What happens on a tropical party island the night before a huge full moon party on the beach? A huge party in the jungle, of course. And what do we do that night? Party with the family, of course.

What's the best way to combat a hangover? Exploring the island, of course! Today we set off on an epic road trip, exploring waterfalls and beaches all over the island. Then it's time to return and get colourful ourselves! We're getting ready for the big night. Grab your full moon outfits, practice your UV colour swatches or just search on Pinterest. If you've read our blog post "How to do the full moon right" then you'll know how we make sure we get it right. If you haven't read the blog post and want to know, then read it. Full Moon Party? Check! So we're sure you had a great night, and your head probably hurts as much as your feet from dancing. But hey, that means you did it right! So our plans for the day are all about recovering from our hangover in the best possible way: a relaxing massage and a film at the local bar! Oh yes, there are also hammocks on the beach waiting for us!

Alas, all good things must come to an end. It's not goodbye, it's just "see you soon"! After five incredible days with your TruFam, it's time to say goodbye, whether you're continuing your journey (our TruCrew team can help you with onward travel) or returning home!
