Arrival possible at any time. We recommend that you book an additional stay in Quito before or after the trip to get to know its numerous sights and excursion destinations around the city. The adventure starts tonight! Have a look around at your leisure - just be back in time to meet the group. Your G Representative will go through the details of the trip with you.

Quito/Santa Cruz Island

Flight to the Galápagos Islands. Drive across the island of Santa Cruz in the city and guided tour in the afternoon to the Charles Darwin Research Station, where you can see the famous giant tortoises up close.

Santa Cruz Island/Isabela Island

Hop on a speedboat and travel to the island of Isabela. Enjoy the view - you might even spot dolphins or whales next to the boat! After you've dropped off your things at the hotel, you'll have a free afternoon to explore the town of Puerto Villamil or laze on the beach.

Hike up the Sierra Negra today and experience a volcano up close. Explore the incredible landscape and enjoy the spectacular views. In the afternoon, you can go snorkelling, visit the breeding station for giant tortoises or take a look at the flamingo lagoon.

Floreana/Isabela

Take the speedboat back to Santa Cruz Island and enjoy a free afternoon to explore the town or hike to nearby Tortuga Bay for a swim. Later, you can explore Puerto Ayora and sample the local specialities of the Santa Cruz Brewing Company. Enjoy a bite to eat or head to another bar for a drink (and a dance!).

Isabela Island

Take another speedboat to San Cristóbal Island and visit the Galapagos National Park Interpretation Centre near the town to learn more about the unique history of the islands' ecosystems, flora and fauna. Later, you can go snorkelling at Tijeretas and look out for animals such as sea lions, rays and marine iguanas before finding a spot on the Malecón to have a drink and watch the sunset.

Day at leisure on the island of San Cristóbal. You can go snorkelling at Kicker Rock or Isla Lobos, visit the white sandy beach of Playa Mann or say hello to the sea lions at La Lobería.

You can secure your tour with a deposit of 200 EUR. The balance is not due until 45 days before the start of the tour. However, if you book within 45 days of the tour start date, the full tour price is payable immediately. This means you can plan your trip flexibly and look forward to your adventure!

If you make an enquiry, we will then contact you by phone to discuss all the details for preparing the offer. For example, we will clarify whether you need a flight offer and discuss all the important travel topics with you. You will then receive a personalised offer from your travel consultant by email. After your booking, you will receive a tour confirmation and your flight documents if you have booked the flight through us.
